Steven Ng, Executive Director and CEO, CFA

Steven has over 20 years of investment banking and capital market related experiences comprising corporate advisory, financial restructuring advisory, debt and equity fund raising, mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings. He founded TNT Global Capital, a company licensed with the MAS and is the representative license holder. Prior to establishing TNT Global Capital, he founded Genesis Capital Pte Ltd which had a CMS license issued by MAS to advise on corporate finance. He has successfully listed many companies on the SGX-ST and was involved in a wide range of corporate advisory services, including initial public offerings, debt and equity fund raising and merger and acquisition activities.

Andy Liew, Executive Director and COO

Andy has over 20 years of financial management experience in Singapore, London and China / Hong Kong. He was previously a senior management with a MAS registered fund management company based in Singapore and a Hong Kong based Private Equity Fund. Andy has vast experience in fund management operations, deal sourcing and structuring, investment analysis, due diligence, investment executions and financial audit and reporting, internal control, tax planning and compliance matters. Andy is a member of the ACCA (UK Association of Certified Chartered Accountants) and FCCA.

Sean Chong, Executive Director

Sean has over 20 years of experience in investment banking, corporate advisory and direct investment. He was actively involved in a broad range of corporate finance transactions for listed and private companies in the Asia-Pacific region, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, rights issues and other corporate advisory work. He founded a corporate consulting and advisory firm and has successfully listed many companies on the SGX-ST, HKEX and Bursa Malaysia. Currently he is an independent non-executive director of a company listed on SGX-ST and board members of several private companies in Singapore.
