Founded in 2016, TNT Global Capital Pte Ltd (“TNT Global”) is an independent and regulated fund management company headquartered in Singapore. Our core competencies are in customising of investment solutions, which we couple with a wealth of experience in corporate finance and the capital markets. We have the flexibility to customise and structure our investments according to each investor’s unique requirements and the capability to provide unique investment opportunities, in-house transaction execution, and customised fund management services. TNT Global holds a Capital Markets Services (“CMS”) licence for fund management, granted by the Monetary Authority of Singapore under the Securities and Futures Act.
